Buying is all about having an eye for fashion’s next big thing. Our Buyers have an instinct for risk-taking – they need to know what customers want before they know it themselves. It’s a fast-moving, dynamic department – and expectations are incredibly high. Explore this page to find out more and see any current opportunities.

The team have to bring in first-to-market ideas to make sure we stay ahead of the competition. From discovering a must-have fabric to negotiating prices with suppliers, they balance fashion-insider knowledge with sharp commercial decision-making – all at an incredible pace. Working with our Designers and Merchandisers our Buyers develop trends into sell-out products worldwide, getting them to the right store at the right time and for the right price.

Buying Roles

  • Buyer

    Buying starts with spotting the next big trends. Our Buyers work with our Designers and Merchandisers to develop fashion-forward, commercial lines that are in line with our ethical trade guidelines.

  • Assistant Buyer

    Assistant Buyers manage our product development process with our suppliers, supporting our Buyers to develop our Brands’ future collections. They work closely with Design, Merchandising and Logistics to make sure must-have products land in store on time.

  • Buyer's Admin Assistant

    This is the first step on the ladder in Buying. The Buyer’s Admin Assistant manages each department’s library of product samples and order process, building working relationships across product and marketing areas of the business, all while developing their eye as a future Buyer.
