I use commercial reports to identify risks and opportunities and I also make sure the team are delivering great service. Each Team Leader has their specialist areas they work in, whether it's organising the monthly rota's, looking after concessions on the floor or managing cash loss, we all do this whilst running a large team!"</p> <p> </p>
