Our Deputy General Managers have lots of plates to spin. They are the go-to person who always seems to have the answers. Driving sales on the shop floor, reviewing bestsellers, managing behind-the-scenes – this role requires juggling a big range of responsibilities. Leading a management team, they deliver a world-class shopping experience in our flagships.

TOPSHOP Brand Managers know everything about our product and are up-to-the-minute with the latest trends. They’re constantly looking for new ways to drive sales and aim to have the best store in their market place. Setting the standard for what great service looks like, they help to create a unique store culture and personality.

A Visual Manager is always ahead of the game. They know what trends are in before our competitors even get a sniff of them. Leading their team, they work with the most exciting and cutting-edge products on the high-street. They strike a balance between making sharp commercial decisions and showcasing the trends in a visually stunning way.

We have Team Leaders who support all areas of the business, from running the sales floor to driving productivity in the stock room. They set the standard for exceptional service and show our Sales Advisors what great looks like. The extra responsibility gives our Team Leaders a taste of what it’s like to be a Manager with us.

Target driven and sales focussed, our General Managers are constantly looking for new ways to give their business the edge. By nature they have a competitive streak, always wanting to create a great shopping experience for our customers and be the best store on Oxford Street. Each Manager has their own unique leadership style, giving every department its own distinct vibe.

Our Sales Advisors love our Brands and use their fashion knowledge to outfit build and help our customers to find the right products for them.  They are style role models and love being part of a team. They play a huge part in making our stores a fun and exciting place to shop.

TOPMAN Brand Managers live and breathe the trends. They give our customers an unrivalled shopping experience in an environment they love. Great role models for their teams, they lead from the front and set the standard for great customer service. They’re always coming up with new ideas to make their department stand out.

An Operations Manager is the backbone of the store, making sure everything runs smoothly so our customers can buy what they want, when they want it. They are the go-to person for all things operational, whether that’s controlling costs or ensuring our stock hits the sales floor – fast.

Our Deputy Brand Managers set the pace, drive productivity and maintain a fun and positive environment for their teams. They roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team to make sure everything gets done. We have a Deputy Brand Manager to support each Brand Manager in Sales, Visual and Operations – so they really get to specialise and become experts.
