General Managers are senior business owners that lead high-performing profitable business, inspiring an exceptional branded shopping experience for the customer and creating a great place to work for the team. GMs are the expert in their market, executing the Brand vision and influencing its representation to the local customer.
Deputy General Managers are senior leaders that drive consistency across all functions within the store to execute the Brand’s vision and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Partnering with the General Manager, the DGM owns the day-to-day operation of the store, challenging the senior management team to drive sales, protect profit and create a great place to shop and work.
Brand Managers drive the execution of the Brand vision to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Through acting as business owners they are the Brand experts, leading the sales floor team and partnering with the other store functions to drive sales, protect profit and create a great place to work
Assistant Brand Managers support the Brand Manager to drive an exceptional customer experience across the sales floor. On the floor they maximize sales through role modeling and coaching the Team Leads and sales floor team. Behind the scenes they support all aspects of the business from reviewing product opportunities to protecting profit.
Sales Advisors work as a team to create a genuine experience for customers by being ambassadors for the Brand. Utilizing the Brand’s service vision, Sales Advisors inspire the customers by demonstrating how to wear the product and by genuinely sharing their passion and knowledge about the styles and trends.
Operations Managers support the General Manager/Deputy General Manager to drive profit through the effective management of controllable costs, whilst ensuring the store is operationally set up for success - promoting The Perfect Operation.
Operations Team Leads support the management team to coach and manage the Operations team. Assisting the operations manager to deliver the perfect operation to ensure that the customer is able to get the latest product and trends while reducing shrink and facilitating a credible admin office. Through role modeling great operational skills the Operations Team Lead drives the team to deliver the Brands vision impacting positively on all key performance indicators.
Team Leads support the management team to coach and manage the Sales Advisor teams. Spending at least 80% of their time on the sales floor the Team Leads drive the experience for both team members and customers. Through role modeling great customer service and selling skills the Team Leads drive the team to deliver the Brand’s service vision impacting positively on all Key Performance Indicators.
Personal Shopping Managers drive the delivery of a world class customer experience. Facilitating an elevated service offer and an ultimate client journey in fashion. Acting as a business owner and managing a trained and dedicated team of experts, their mission is to build client loyalty and to continue to promote the brands at all levels.
Personal Shoppers deliver a world class customer experience. Taking ownership of their business through developing a diverse client network and driving incremental sales. Facilitating a seamless elevated service to both booked and ad-hoc appointments in a unique styling environment.
Personal Shopping Assistants support the delivery of a world class customer experience. Assisting the shoppers in growing their business and developing a diverse client network in order to drive incremental sales. Maintaining a seamless elevated service in a unique styling environment.
Visual Managers lead the Visual Proposition of the store, partnering with the Creative Manager to deliver an inspirational and exciting branded shopping experience for the customer. Heading the visual team the Visual Managers are the experts in communicating the Brand visions to our customers through merchandising product and trends.
Visual Team Leads support the Visual Manager in delivering an exciting shopping experience for our customers through merchandising departments and trends. Visual Team Leads coach and mentor the Visual Merchandisers to deliver and adapt Brand guidelines using the knowledge of local competitors and customers.
Visual Merchandisers work as team to create an exciting shopping experience for the customer through merchandising departments and trends. Partnering with the VM Team Lead, Visual Merchandisers work across the floors to create inspirational trends and show case the product by demonstrating great merchandising skills and adapting Brand guidelines using knowledge of local competitors and the customer
Creative Assistants work as a team to create an exciting shopping experience for the customer through mannequin styling, creative treatments and window schemes. Creative Assistants work across the store to create an inspirational shopping environment from the windows onwards adapting the Brand direction to the store and local customer.
