Our Store Managers are responsible for driving and growing their business, by managing and inspiring a highly engaged team and ensuring that they deliver a “World Class shopping experience”. There’s no such thing as a typical day, as one minute they could be on the shop floor, whilst the next they’re overseeing the delivery. Being ultimately responsible for everything is the rewarding part of this role.
Our Brand Managers ensure that their store is the best on the high street. They are constantly looking for new ways to drive their business and are role models to their teams, setting the standard that everyone follows. They ensure a “World Class shopping experience” is delivered, day in, day out.
Our Deputy Brand Managers are multi-talented and can turn their hand to anything. They work in all areas of the store, from running the daily operations to rolling up their sleeves and helping create a visually stunning store. They are role models to their teams, always showing them what great looks like. They work hand in hand with the Brand Managers in creating a great place to shop and work.
A Visual Manager is always ahead of the game, they know what trends are in before our competitors even get a sniff of them. They work with the most exciting, cutting edge product on the high street.
They strike the balance between being commercial and showcasing the trends and products in a visually stunning way. A Visual Manager’s challenge is to inspire and influence the other Managers and act as a role model to their own team.
Our Visual Team Leaders are the experts when it comes to our product. They know what their customers want in their market place and set the standard by being a Role Model to the visual and store teams. They work with the Visual Management team to create a great environment for our customers to shop.
Our Visual Merchandisers are the experts when it comes to our product and live and breathe the Topshop / Topman Brand. They work as part of a team setting the visual standard through inspirational trend statements, always ensuring our customers get the best product in the best shopping environment.
Team Leader’s responsibilities include supporting the Managers in the daily running of their department/floor. Team Leaders also help to coach and manage Sales Advisors in one of the following areas of the business including sales floor, product specialism, till points, department specialists and back of house.
Our Sales Advisors love Topshop Topman and use their fashion knowledge to help our customers find the right products for them. They play a massive part in helping us create a fun and happy place to shop.
Back of House Team Leaders are competent at all admin duties and back of house operations including cash handling, admin and delivery paperwork, and payroll.
Our Back of House Stock room Assistants are kept busy handling all the products that come in to the store. They focus on making sure our customers get the product as soon as it hits the store. They know our stock package like the back of their hand.
Our Admin Assistants work behind the scenes and balance the petty cash, paperwork and stock take planning, ensuring that our stores are profitable at all times. Working closing with the Operational Management team they are experts in their area, they have an organised and detailed approach, offering key support to the teams on the sales floors.
Our Cash Office Assistants are responsible for the cashing up and banking. Working closing with the Operational Management team they are experts in their area and have an organised and detailed approach, offering key support to the teams on the sales floors.
A Stylist is a Brand Ambassador, always striving to be the best part of someone’s day. It's their job to offer exceptional service and one to one fashion styling to our customers. They are responsible for networking with external businesses to promote the brand and increase footfall into the store.
