With upcoming design launches and new bestsellers in each week, it’s all about fast-paced planning and deadlines. Forecasting sales, reviewing trends – their key focus is optimising next season’s profits.

For our Branch and International Merchandising teams, it’s all about understanding customer needs in different markets, and using stock and sales analysis to increase profits in those markets.

Merchandising Roles

  • Merchandiser

    Merchandisers work closely with our Buyers to develop strategies for their product area’s future growth. They lead the fast-paced trading team that analyses sales trends to maximise our profit.

  • Assistant Merchandiser

    Assistant Merchandisers trade the department to maximise sales and minimise markdown. They make sure bestsellers are in stock, identify opportunities and risks, and support the development of a strategy for future growth.

  • Merchandise Admin Assistant

    Merchandise Admin Assistants work with our Stock Distribution team to manage product replenishment to stores; while our Branch and International Merchandise Admin Assistants focus on a specific location, analysing sales trends and developing strategies to maximise profit in those stores.
